Early Career Mentorship

We take pride in developing a selective network of young professionals who are excelling in their chosen career field.​

In our efforts of providing the most effective and relevant services to students, we have partnered with a wide network of professionals, throughout career stages from junior to senior, across a range of professional domains e.g. Investment Banking, Law, Consulting, Medicine, IT, Data Science, Education, Construction etc. Acting as 'buddies', these individuals are best-placed to provide essential mentorship to young students and help dispel any questions regarding various professional domains and provide relevant job application support.

Career Consultations and Job Interview Support

We have a significant base of senior (Director / Partner level) professionals within our mentor base who command significant commercial awareness and knowledge of the latest market trends, which is particularly useful for students developing a better understanding of their chosen career domain . Additionally, we have placed great emphasis on partnering with young professionals who can act as the most relevant role models to our students, given they are uniquely positioned to provide current, essential and specialised advice for specific professional domains, especially useful for students preparing for job interviews. Our base of mentors have been carefully chosen as well-respected experts in their field; with extensive know-how of commercial developments, and importantly recruitment nuances; thereby ensuring career advice is both effective and relevant for the aspiring next generation.

CV Drafting Support

In addition to providing one-to-one consultations with students to enlighten them with much-required advice about the various career opportunities within each industry and importantly; high level suggestions on best entering and succeeding in their chosen industry of interest, our mentor network also provide provide advice to students with their CVs in order to best stand out with applications.

Given many of our mentors are lead staffers at their current workplace and/or have led various processes, they are well-aware of what makes a CV stand out at first glance. In a similar vain to provide direct, easy-to-follow and effective exam techniques advice for maximising points and drafting university applications to appeal amongst a crowd, we are confident in our abilities in utilising key words and active statements to bring attention to the core strengths of an our students through a CV.

In addition, along with our tutors, whom are graduates from top UK universities having studied a range of course disciplines, our extensive network of current/recent graduates are well-placed to support students throughout the whole process of making university applications. From supporting students in writing personal statements to the interview process for university admissions, having been in the shoes of current applicants, our network of university students and graduates are well-informed of current admission practices.

Work Experience Support

When submitting university applications and accompanying personal statements, it is always useful to allude to any work experience undertaken, or access to other industry-relevant insight events, to reflect a genuine interest in the career/subject discipline a student pursues. Along with pointed career advice and CV drafting expertise for senior students, our network of career advisors and industry professionals are well-placed to advise on current work experience opportunities in the particular industry aligned with their professional ambitions.

For university students and school students, particularly those in Years 10-13, there are a breadth of such work experience / career insight opportunities. Our aim is to provide professional and well-informed guidance to students on current opportunities, as well as trusted advice on the approach to companies to secure relevant work experience.
